God is Light and in Him there is no Darkness (Prayer)

Father

You are that which was from the beginning, which the disciples have heard, which the disciples have seen with their eyes, which the disciples have looked upon, and their hands have handled, concerning the Word of life, which is you Lord! Your life was manifested, and the disciples have seen, and bear witness, and declare to us that eternal life which was with you Father and was manifested to us. That which the disciples have seen and heard they declare to us, that we also may have fellowship with them; and truly our fellowship is with you Father and with your Son, Jesus Christ. And these things the disciples have all written to us that our joy may be full. This is the message which the disciples have heard from your anointed one and declare to us all, that you, God, are light and in you is no darkness at all!!!

Lord I know that if I say that I have fellowship with you, and walk in darkness, then I lie and do not practice the truth. But if I walk in your light as you are the light and are in the light, then I have fellowship with you, and the blood of Jesus Christ, you Son cleanses me from all my sins, which are plenty.
I also know that if I say that I have no sin, I deceive myself, and the truth is not in me. However, if I confess my sins, He is faithful and just to forgive me all my sins and to cleanse me from all my unrighteousness. And if I say that I have not sinned, I make you a liar as well, and then your word is not in me.

I am one of your little children, and you wrote the things in your word to me, so that I may not sin. And if I do sin, that I have an Advocate with you Father, through your son, Jesus Christ, the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for all my sins, and not for only mine but also for the whole world. Now by this will people know that I know Him, if I keep your commandments. If I say that I know you, and don’t keep your commandments, I am liar, and the truth is not in me. But if I keep your word, truly your love O God is perfected in me. By this people will know that I am in you and you are in me. 

I want to always abide in you Lord, and if I say I do then I ought myself to walk just as you walked while you were here on earth, because you were our perfect example. Thank you for being our example on earth.The disciples wrote no new commandment to me, but an old commandment which we have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which I heard from the beginning. Again, a new commandment they wrote to us, which thing is true in Him and in us, because the darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining. If I say I am in the light, and hates anyone, then I am in darkness not in the light. Help me to always walk in your light Lord. If I love others then I abide in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in me because you are the light that lights my path. But if I hate others I am then in darkness and walks in darkness, and don’t know where I am going, because the darkness has blinded my eyes. 

The disciples wrote to us because they wanted us to know that our sins are forgiven us for your son’s name sake. We know you Lord who is from the beginning. We can and will overcome the wicked one. We can intimately know you Father. Help me to grow in you and to know you better. Help me to allow my godly husband to lead me to know you better and to have a more consistent prayer and devotional life with you.

We can and do know you who is from the beginning. We are strong, because you are in us and your word o God abides in us, and we can and will overcome the wicked one through your word. I do not want to love the world or the things in the world. If I love the world and the things that are in it, then your love Father is not in me because I am too busy loving other things more. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of you Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but if I faithfully do your will o God then you will abide forever with me and I with you. I have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which I know that it is the last hour. When I look at the world around me and they horrors of that is happening Lord, I get filled with fear for my children and us. I know I have an anointing from your Holy One, and one day I will know all things and why things had to happen that happened. 

Thank you that you reveal your truth to all those who love you and really have a heart to know your truth Lord. Because we do not know the truth of ourselves, but because you reveal it to us, and that no lie is in your truth. We can trust anything you say. He is a liar who denies that Jesus is the Christ! He is an antichrist who denies you Father and your Son. Whoever denies your Son does not have you Father either; and anyone who acknowledges your Son has you Father also. Therefore Lord let that abide in me which I have heard from the beginning. If what I have heard from the beginning abides in me, then I also will abide in your Son and in you also Father. And this is the promise that you has promised me—eternal life. Thank you for that. Lord always let the anointing which I have received from you abide in me, and I do not need that anyone teach me other than you; but as the same anointing teaches me concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught me, so I will abide in you with a grateful heart. I want to forever abide in you Lord, that when you appear, I may have confidence and not be ashamed before you at your coming. If I know that you are righteous, I know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of you. Thank you again for all the work you have done for me especially what you have done for me on the cross of Calvary. Without you oh how lost I would be. Amen.
